Prime Minister Imran Khan posted a message on Twitter regarding winter rains.
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Prime Minister Imran Khan on Thursday said that we should all thank Allah almighty for the continuing winter rains.
In a message posted on Twitter, the Prime Minister said: “Winter rains are worth billions to the economy apart from replenishing our water table and glaciers plus countering air pollution.”
“InshaAllah we will have a bumper wheat crop this year,” he added.

According to Met Office, rain with snowfall over the hills occurred at scattered places in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Gilgit Baltistan and Kashmir, while at isolated places in Quetta, Zhob, Kalat, Makran, Rawalpindi, Gujranwala, Lahore, Faisalabad, Sargodha, Multan, D.G Khan divisions.
