Video clip shows Dolphin Force officer indulged in kite-flying

LAHORE (Dunya News) – A video clip showing an officer of the Punjab Police’s Dolphin Force went viral on Monday in which he could be seen indulged in kite-flying.
Later, the clip was uploaded on the internet through a mobile application.
Meanwhile, Dolphine Force Superintendent of Police (SP) Bilal Zafar said that an appropriate action would be taken against the involved officer after his identification.
Dozens of people have lost their lives due to kite flying and throat-slitting incidents in which the glass-coated strings were used to fly kites.
