Lahore: Police raid kite-making factory, arrest one accused

LAHORE (Dunya News) – Police conducted a raid at a kite-making factory situated in Millat Park area of Lahore on Tuesday and arrested one accused, Dunya News reported.
Police also recovered hundreds of kites and spools of kite string during the raid.
Earlier on Sunday, at least 175 persons were apprehended during police crackdown against kite-flyers in different parts of the city. The crackdown was launched on the instruction of DIG operations Waqas Nazir.
