Fire gutted timber godown in Peshawar
Fire in a timber godown in Yaka Toot area of Peshawar reduced goods worth million of rupees to ashes
PESHAWAR (Dunya News) - According to details, fire broke out in a timber godown situated in densely populated Yaka Toot area of Peshawar on Wednesday, Dunya News reported.
The blaze spread very quickly and engulfed four nearby shops. Fire brigade and Rescue 1122 reams reached the spot and brought the fire under control after a hectic effort of two hours.
The rescue sources said that no one died or wounded in the blaze. However, goods worth million of rupees were destroyed by the fire. Sources further said that the cause of fire is still not known.
