Afghan ambassador calls on COAS Gen Bajwa
Regional security situation and Afghanistan peace process came under discussion during the meeting.
RAWALPINDI (Dunya News) – The newly-appointed Afghan ambassador to Pakistan, Shukrullah Atif Mashal, called on Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Qamar Javed Bajwa at the GHQ on Friday.
The army chief welcomed the ambassador to Pakistan and expressed that his services will help optimize the mutually beneficial bilateral relations, a statement issued by the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) said.
