A meeting of the Judicial Commission has been postponed until April 30 because of absence of the new law minister Moula Bakhsh Chandio.The meeting was held under the chair of Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry. The commission also delayed the issue of regularisation of 17 additional judges of the Lahore High Court and four additional judges of the Balochistan High Court and appointment of 17 new additional judges in the LHC until next meeting. Earlier, Chandio was informed that he could not attend the meeting of the Judicial Commission before taking oath of the post, and he was sent back from the Supreme Court.
