LDA City suo moto case: SC summons PML-N law makers Afzal Khokhar, Saif ul Malook
The court also ordered FIA to present property record of both accused MNAs in the case
Lahore (Dunya News)- The Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) Saqih Nisar hasd summoned Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz ( PML-N) members National Assembly forthwith in LDA City case. The two-member SC bench headed by CJP Saqib Nisar was hearing suo moto case pertaining to government housing project of LDA City at Lahore registry. During the course of hearing CJP said that an official camp has been set up for affected people of LDA City project, where people are being scared and hurled threats on seeking redressal to their grievances.
The court also ordered FIA to present property record of both MNAs, the accused in the case.
