Properties owned by Pakistanis abroad: SC to hear case on Friday

ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) - A three-member bench of the Supreme Court (SC) of Pakistan headed by Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) Mian Saqib Nisar will hear the case of properties owned by Pakistanis abroad on Friday, Dunya News reported.

Notices in this regard have been issued to Director General (DG) Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) and chairman Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) along with other parties.

The FIA had already submitted its reports in the Supreme Court regarding properties owned by Pakistanis abroad.

It is pertinent to mention here that Prime Minister Imran Khan’s sister Aleema Khan also owns property in a foreign country and her case will also come before the court.
