LAHORE (Dunya News) – Employees of private airlines Shaheen Air International on Saturday have ‎staged protest outside Supreme Court (SC) Lahore registry. ‎

The protesters stated that the company has not given salaries to more than 4000 employees from last five months. They ‎requested Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) Mian Saqib Nisar to take action into the matter.‎

Only the top judge can help us, they added. ‎

On the other hand, the CJP is scheduled to visit United Christian Hospital (UCH) in Lahore to review the medical ‎facilities there. ‎Christian community should not feel deprived, Justice Nisar said. ‎

Earlier, Supreme Court had termed authority to seek Chief Minister’s prerogative of permission for ‎launching cases against corruption in Punjab as unconstitutional. ‎
