LAHORE (Dunya News) – Punjab Assembly Speaker and Pakistan Muslim League-Quaid (PML-Q) leader Chaudhry Pervaiz Elahi on Saturday asked, during a meeting with Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Jahangir Khan Tareen, to control Punjab Governor Chaudhry Sarwar.
The exclusive video aired by Dunya News has further revealed that Federal Minister for Housing and Works Tariq Bashir Cheema, who was also present in the meeting, backed the speaker Punjab assembly saying that Punjab Governor will not let Punjab Chief Minister (CM) Usman Buzdar run the provincial government.
Talking exclusively to Dunya News, Tariq Bashir Cheema said that he complained about Ch Sarwar’s meddling to his party’s leadership.
He said that he only had objections over interference in his constituency, adding that they were neither angry nor going to be angry.
In the video, Cheema can be heard speaking to Tareen, "Sir, control Sarwar! He will not let your chief minister continue."
