Al-Azizia reference: Sharif's statement to be recorded in presence of Kh Haris
NAB prosecutor Wasiq Malik has raised objections over handing questionnaire to accused in advance.
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PML-N) supremo Nawaz Sharif will record his statement in Al-Azizia reference today.
As per details garnered, the recording of statement has been conditioned with availability of his legal counsel Khawaja Haris.
On the other hand, National Accountability Bureau (NAB) prosecutor Wasiq Malik has raised objections over handing questionnaire to accused in advance.
Earlier yesterday, NAB prosecutor Wasiq Malik told the accountability court that anti-graft watchdog had recorded the statements of its witnesses. He further added that as many as 22 witnesses recorded their testimonies in case pertaining to Al-Azizia reference.
