ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – The official website of Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) was recovered after being hit by a brief technical glitch.

Earlier, National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) on Sunday has foiled 12,000 hacking attacks on the internet voting website that was made to facilitate the overseas Pakistanis to exercise their voting right.
According to details, hackers attempted almost 1200 times to harm the website however, NADRA successfully counter the attack and kept the website operational.
More than 5,000 overseas Pakistani voters have cast their vote through Internet voting system.
