PM reiterates govt's resolve to complete FATA merger
The prime minister assured the delegation that tribal areas will be provided all-out facilities
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – A delegation of Senators belonging to erstwhile FATA that called on Prime Minister Imran Khan in Islamabad on Friday.
During the meeting, matters relating to overall situation of tribal areas, FATA merger and administrative affairs came under discussion.
On the occasion, PM Imran Khan reiterated government s resolve to complete the process for merger of erstwhile FATA with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
He said that the government was also striving to implement local government system in the tribal districts.
The prime minister assured the delegation that tribal areas will be provided all-out facilities like other parts of the country.
