By-elections: ECP completes process of printing ballot papers

By-elections on 11 National Assembly and 25 provincial assembly seats will be held on October 14.

ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) has completed process of printing ballot papers for the upcoming by-elections, Dunya News reported.

Sources said that 9.5 million ballot papers have been printed for by-elections to be held in 36 national and provincial assembly constituencies. The ballot papers were printed at three government printing presses under the Rangers and FC supervision.

Sources further informed that 1.1 million ballot papers have been printed for by-elections in Balochistan, 6.7 million for Punjab and Islamabad and 1.7 million for Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

It is pertinent to mention here that by-elections on 11 National Assembly and 25 provincial assembly seats will be held on October 14.
