The Lahore High Court has adjourned the bail plea of former Rawalpindi CPO Saud Aziz and former SP Khurram Shehzad in Benazir murder case till April 5.A two-member bench of the LHC under Chief Justice Ijaz Ahmed Chaudhry is hearing the plea. Lawyer for the accused, Khawaja Sultan, told the court that Sauz Aziz was not solely responsible for Benazir’s security while Asif Ali Zardari didn’t allow him to carry out Benazir’s post-mortem.The lawyer said that facts would not come to surface without the arrest of former president Pervez Musharraf.
