Four terrorists killed, three soldiers martyred in North Waziristan operation
The terrorists were also involved in an attack on security forces
RAWALPINDI (Dunya News) – At least four terrorists were killed while three soldiers embraced martyrdom in an operation by the security forces in North Waziristan on Thursday.
In a statement issued by the Inter-Service Public Relations (ISPR), security forces launched an intelligence-based operation in North Waziristan against terrorists involved in an attack on armed forces personnel on September 12.
The terrorists were also involved in an attack on security forces convoy during December 2017 which resulted in martyrdom of Lieutenant Moeen.
In an exchange of fire, all four terrorists including operational level terrorist Aftab Parakay were killed on the spot. The terrorists were fully armed and gave tough resistance.

On the other hand, three soldiers Naib Subedar Nazir Ahmed Chandio, Sepoy Fakhar and Sepoy Amir embraced martyrdom.
