The minister says Gwadar would be presented as separate project

ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Government on Thursday while announcing to complete China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) project at all cost, hinted at inclusion of several other countries.

Federal Minister for Planning, Development and Reform Makhdoom Khusro Bakhtiar presided over a meeting regarding CPEC.

The meeting announced to complete CPEC at all cost and also hinted at including several other countries.

Talking to media after the meeting, Khusro Bakhtiar said that the Railway’s ML-I project was more important than construction of Orange Line Metro Train and Motorways projects, adding that efforts were underway to bring investment.

The minister went on to say that Gwadar would be presented as separate project, adding that Maritime Cargo would also be started in this regard, while the coal power plants were being shut down.
