MQM-P eyes two ministries in Centre

ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Muttahida Qaumi Movement Pakistan (MQM-P) has demanded ministries of education and information technology from Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf’s (PTI) led coalition government in the Centre, sources privy to Karachi-based party told Dunya News.

Inside-aware further revealed that PTI has sought some time for consultation on the matter.

On the other hand, leaders of Pakistan Muslim League Quaid (PML-Q) have expressed exasperation over issue of Punjab Chief Minister (CM). They urged PTI leadership to name the CM after elections for Punjab Assembly’s speaker.

It would be suffice here to say that elections for slots of speaker and deputy speaker will be held on August 15 after which newly-elected MPAs will go into secret balloting for selection of their chief minister.
