LAHORE (Dunya News) – Flouting civic rules in the City of Garden will now come at a price as the Lahore High Court (LHC) judge Justice Ali Akbar Qureshi ordered to impose a fine of Rs 1000 on those found spitting and littering on the Mall Road.

The judgement further stated that work on painting historic buildings at the Mall Road should start till August, while work on rehabilitation of historic buildings should be started till August 30.
The court also ordered the LESCO chief executive and PTCL GM to remove cables from the Mall Road.
