Summary Contempt notices have been issued to PPP leaders Sharjeel Memon and Taj Haider in Deedar Shah case
The Supreme Court has issued contempt notice to PPP leaders Sharjeel Memon and Taj Haider for giving statement against the court in Deedar Hussain Shah case.The court has also issued notices to the attorney general, Sindh advocate general, Supreme Court Bar president, Pakistan Bar Council vice chairman and Sindh Bar Council to help the court in the case.The court had taken suo motu notice of a resolution passed in the Sindh Assembly and statements issued by the PPP leaders against the court decision in Deedar Hussain Shah case. The next hearing will be held on April 1.
