ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Pakistan has prepared its second counter rejoinder, which will be submitted before the International Court of Justice, pertaining to the case of Indian spy Kulbhushan Jadhav.

According to sources in the foreign ministry, Foreign Office India Director Fareeha Bugti has reached Hague to submit Pakistan s reply in the case, which has long been a bone of contention between Islamabad and New Delhi.

The document, which is to be submitted before the ICJ on Tuesday at 12:30pm-01:30pm, consists of more than 400 pages and has been prepared by a team of legal experts, headed by the attorney general.

Pakistan on December 13, last year had filed its counter memorial before the ICJ, a world court in The Hague which is looking into the Indian complaint on the conviction of the Indian spy.

It is worth mentioning here that Jadhav was arrested in March 2016 from Balochistan. The in-service Indian navy officer was tried by a military court and sentenced to death after he confessed to be working against China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC), creating unrest in Balochistan and parts of Pakistan on orders of the Indian intelligence agency.
