Globally recognized personalities extended their support and sincere wishes to Malala

 (WebDesk) - Malala is not just a name but also a powerful voice, a tale of bravery and determination who fearlessly advocated equal rights of education for women in Pakistan. Today on 12th of July, which is her birthday, UN dubbed this day as “Malala’s day’ in 2013, to honour her sincere and tireless efforts for female education since her early teens.

She is brave and courageous from childhood who refused to accept Taliban domination that was depriving girls from education. She firmly stood up against them to unleash her support towards girl’s education. Even the attacks on her life did not stop her from pursuing the fight for education. Present day, Malala prouds Pakistan and stands as a globally recognized fearless fighter and girls education activist who is working on many platforms to empower them so that they can pursue their education.

On her 21st Birthday, her much awaited biopic trailer has also been launched. On this Malala’s day director, Amjad Ali Khan decided to reveal the first look of the most awaited biopic ‘Gul Malakai “.He further talked about how the bravery and determination of the Yousafzai fascinated him greatly. This film portrays Malala’s heroic deeds and highlights her continuous and bold efforts to encourage women education.

At this special occasion, many globally recognized personalities extended their support and sincere wishes to this young woman. Following this day, many celebrities and well-known organization took twitter and Facebook to pay tribute to Malala:

 

On this Malala Day, Malala is in Brazil today to expand her support to the female Athletes and school girls. During her trip in Sao Paulo, in front of the Brazilian educationist and activists, she stressed on the importance of girls education for the betterment of the country. 

Paulo Coelho, the renowned Brazilian novelist and lyricist, welcomed Malala and warmly thanked Malala for her significant contributions towards girl’s education.

Apart from continuously encouraging girls education globally, the 21-year-old young activist does not hold herself back to condemn policies and activities, which hinder human rights. It’s not long back when Malala dared to talk against the trump “zero tolerance’’ policies on illegal immigrants and especially slammed this policies for separating children from parents. Malala mentioned this policy as “inhumane’, ‘unfair’ and ‘cruel’. In addition, this year at World Economic forums Malala also raised questions on Trumps records in women rights.

In 2014, Malala was a recipient of Nobel Prize winner, which made her the youngest Noble laureate to support her efforts made to empower education at vast level. She worked effortlessly in her charity-based foundation to support educational advocacy groups focusing on Pakistan, Kenya, Nigeria, Jordan and Syria mainly.

Malala visited Pakistan for the first time, earlier this year, after the terrorist shot her in the head in 2012 for publicly defending girl’s right of education.

As few weeks are remaining for elections in Pakistan, for now Malala has abstained herself for participating in the politics. However, in future she aims to serve the country by becoming the prime minister.

On her birthday, Malala Yousafzai wishes that all girls could have access to safe and quality education. Malala’s journey and continuous strive towards promotion of girls education provides a pathway to every individual to wage struggle against poverty, terrorism and illiteracy through EDUCATION.
