ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – The Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Friday directed to remove the name of Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf (PTI) chairman’s close aide Zulfi Bukhari from blacklist.

Justice Amir Farooq announced the verdict over the petition.

The court also rejected the pleas seeking probe against Bukhari for excluding name from blacklist and civilian use of Noor Khan air base.

NAB had requested court to place the name of Zulfi Bukhari in Exit Control List (ECL). However; interior ministry included his name in blacklist instead.

Bukhari later challenged the move of interior ministry in IHC.
