ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – The Chief Justice of Pakistan Mian Saqib Nisar declared on Saturday that consensus has been reached on the immediate construction of two dams in the country.

The CJP said, “Those who have the means should return back the amount of loan. The money recovered from this case will be used to build the dams. I have held important meetings in the past few days.”
Farooq H. Naik replied that the name of Chief Justice will be written in golden words in the history.
“Some companies have agreed to return the 75 percent amount of write-off loans. Rest of the cases will be sent to banking court. Their assets are related to the cases. The write-off loans should be submitted in SC till the verdict of banking court,” maintained the CJP.
Justice Muneeb Akhtar said that they have formed two formulas for the return of write-off loans.
“According to formula-A, the loan taken will be minus from the amount returned and multiplied with 75 percent,” he said. “If someone do not like formula-A, he can submit the money as per formula-B,” remarked the CJP.
The case will be heard by a special bench on July 4.
