Karachi: Workers of religious party attack PTI's Dr Amir Liaquat

Amir Liaquat has lodged a complaint about the attack at the PIB Police Station.

KARACHI (Dunya News) – Workers of a religious party allegedly attacked Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Dr Amir Liaquat in PIB Colony in Karachi on Friday night, Dunya News reported.

Amir Liaquat has lodged a complaint about the attack at the PIB Police Station. Zubair Akram, son of former federal minister Nadeem Akram, was also injured in the attack.

According to police, attack on Amir Liaquat is being investigated and a case would be registered after recording of statements of eye-witnesses.
