Eden Housing scam: NAB writes to interior ministry to issue red warrants for accused
National Accountability Bureau (NAB) has received 6511 complaints against Eden Housing Society.
LAHORE: The National Accountability Bureau (NAB) has written letter to the interior ministry to issue red warrants for four persons attached with Eden Housing Society, Dunya News reported on Tuesday.
The NAB in its letter has named Mohammad Amjad, his wife Anjum and sons Murtaza and Mustafa as accused for not completing development work and handing over possession of land to buyers.
The NAB also informed that the Bureau received 6511 complaints against Eden Housing Society. The suspects are also accused of the money laundering of billions of rupees.
NAB also informed that administration of the Eden Housing Society committed a fraud of Rs 13 billion and requested the interior ministry to issue red warrants for accused and bring them back to Pakistan through Interpol.
