Earlier today, the Meteorological Department had forecast rainfall for several cities including federal capital Islamabad, Lahore, Gujranwala and Kashmir.
Over 450 feeders of Lahore Electronic Supply Company’s have tripped because of storm and heavy precipitation; and many areas of Lahore have been deprived of electricity since 7 O’clock.
Heavy rain and storm not only halted supply of electricity, but deprived many areas like Ichra, Garhi Shahu, Shafiq Abbad and Sandah from electricity.
