NAB extends probe against alleged irregularities in Orange Line Project

(Dunya News) – National Accountability Bureau (NAB) on Wednesday extended ongoing probe against alleged irregularities in multi-billion dollars Orange Line Train Project, reported Dunya News.
Sources privy to development stated that anti-graft watchdog had acquired record pertaining to awarding contracts. On the other hand, Shehbaz Sharif-led Punjab govt had refused to hand over record of key contracts to NAB.
Inside-aware revealed laws were either disregarded or revoked while contracts were given on basis of sheer nepotism.
