Summary The PTI leader said that Imran Khan appreciated him only for the verbal response to the minister
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Naeemul Haque on Friday took U-turn of earlier statement about slapping PML-N leader Daniyal Aziz during a TV show.
He said that PTI chairman Imran Khan had not appreciated him for slapping federal Minister for Privatisation Daniyal Aziz during a TV show.
The PTI leader said that Imran Khan appreciated him only for the verbal response to the minister.
Earlier, Haque had said that he was not ashamed of slapping the PML-N leader, adding that that the PTI chairman had also praised his act.
On the other hand, Daniyal Aziz deemed PTI as a party without moral courage in response to the slapping incident on TV a few days back.
Aziz said that he stands by his words of calling them thieves because Imran Khan and Jahangir Tareen stole public money through tax evasion and amnesty.
He decried the slapping incident and no action against Naeemul Haque by the party, saying that they all lack moral courage to admit mistake and apologize.
It is to be mentioned here that Naeemul Haque lost his cool during a TV show of private channel and slapped Aziz while arguing with him.
The PTI leader became infuriated over his remarks and slapped him.
