ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – At least six federal ministers of Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) and spokesperson for Punjab government are holding a news conference in Punjab House Islamabad on Tuesday.

Those conducting the presser include Interior Minister Ahsan Iqbal, Energy Minister Awais Leghari, Finance Minister Miftah Ismail, Health Minister Saira Afzal, Education Minister Baleegur Rehma, Revenue Minister Haroon Akhtar and Punjab government spokesperson Malik Muhammad Ahmad Khan.

The ministers will throw light over the five-year performance of PML-N government. Steps taken for peace, energy, health, economy and education will be highlighted significantly in the presser.

The spokesperson will brief the media over the performance of Punjab government. The news conference comes in response to the 100-day plan of Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf (PTI) unveiled a day before.

The plan includes judicial reforms, depoliticization of police, tax reforms, health emergency, education emergency and reforms in agriculture sector.

Imran Khan—while addressing ceremony—stated, “I want to first and foremost congratulate Taimur Khan Jhagra; for the first time in our 22 year history we are going into an election with so much preparation. We have a 100 day plan, and we have the valuable experience of governing a province like Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KPK)”.

“The actual purpose of this is that when we are at the peak of our strength in power, we need to take the most difficult decisions that reflect the direction in which we are heading”, stated PTI chief.
