Lahore: Punjab CM inaugurates test run of Orange Line Train
The Orange Line shall carry 250000 passengers daily.
LAHORE (Dunya News) – Another milestone was achieved in country’s modern history as Punjab Chief Minister (CM) Shehbaz Sharif on Wednesday inaugurated test run of Orange Line Metro Bus Project, reported Dunya News.

The Orange Line shall carry 250000 passengers daily whereas it will significantly reduce commuting time from 2:45 hours to 30 minutes. The train will cover a distance of 27km.
Orange Line Metro Train project was delayed for 22 months due to the stay order. The OLMT is Pakistan’s first mass rapid transit train project launched by the Punjab government.
