Asad Qaiser submitted reply in court vowing to follow court orders to take oath from Baldev Kumar.

PESHAWAR (Dunya News) – In hearing held in Peshawar High Court in contempt of court case for not administering oath from Baldev Kumar, Speaker Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa Asad Qaiser submitted reply in the court vowing to follow court orders.

The court asked why oath was not administered despite court orders. Advocate General KPK submitting reply in the court assured to comply with court orders in letter and spirit.

Speaker KPK Assembly Asad Qaiser and Minister for Information Shah Farman appeared before the bench and assured of full compliance with court orders despite the allegations on Baldev Kumar.

Kumar has been accused in Soran Singh murder case and is facing a trial by an anti-terrorism court in Peshawar. Soran Singh, then adviser to CM Pervez Khattak, was assassinated in his native village in the Buner valley on April 22, 2016. Singh was elected to the provincial assembly on a minority seat.
