Faizabad sit-in case: ATC warns Khadim Rizvi against declaring absconder

ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – An anti-terrorism court (ATC) in Islamabad has directed Tehreek Labbaik Ya Rasool Allah’s (TLY) chief Khadim Hussain Rizvi to appear before the court within 30 days in Faizabad sit-in case.

The court resumed hearing of the case here in Islamabad on Monday.

The court expressed exasperation over absence of Rizvi from today’s hearing and warned that Rizvi would be declared absconder if he fails in registering appearance within 30 days.

The court also directed police to submit challan. The court has also summoned other accused framed in the case on March-19.

According to details, Rizvi, Afzal Qadri, Moulana Anayat and Sheikh Azhar has been nominated in case # 334, 335 and 345.

Later, the court adjourned hearing till March-19.
