Lahore: Blaze gutted cardboard factory
Fire in cardboard factory near Malipura Stop at Band Road in Lahore caused millions of rupees loss.
LAHORE (Dunya News) - According to details, fire broke out in a cardboard factory situated at Band Road near Malipura Stop in Lahore on Monday which spread very quickly and engulfed most part of the factory.
Police and rescue teams reached the spot after getting information and brought the fire under control after a hectic effort of two hours.
The rescue sources said that no one died or wounded in the blaze. However, goods worth million of rupees were destroyed by the fire. Sources further said that the fire was caused due to short-circuit.
