Weather to remain cold and dry in most parts of country

Cold and dry weather is expected in most parts of the country during the next 24 hours.

ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) - Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) has predicted cold and dry with partly cloudy weather in most upper parts of the country during the next 24 hours. However, light rain is expected at few places in Malakand, Bannu, Quetta, Zhob divisions and FATA.

According to Met Office, rain-thunderstorm with snowfall over the hills is expected on Sunday at scattered places in Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa, FATA, upper Punjab including Rawalpindi, Sargodha, Gujranwala, Faisalabad, Lahore divisions, Islamabad, Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan, while at isolated places in Quetta, Zhob, D.G.Khan, Multan, Sahiwal and Bahawalpur divisions.

Meanwhile, weather in most parts of the country remained cold and dry during the past 24 hours. Kalat and Kalam remained the coldest cities in the country with -06°C temperature.
