Committee to inspect shopping malls for hidden cameras
The shopping malls will be inspected for unlawful surveillance.
FAISALABAD (Dunya News) - A four-member committee has been constituted by DC Salman Ghani to frisk shopping malls for hidden cameras.
The committee formed to inspect shopping malls includes AC City, System Network Analyst, Civil Defense and DSP. The committee shall carry out detailed inspections of shopping malls for unlawful surveillance and report to the DCO.
On Thursday, a famous brand was raided upon suspicions from customers and hidden cameras, mobile phones and computers were recovered. The confiscated objects were sent to forensic laboratory for detailed examination and four workers were arrested from the outlet.
In FIR, clauses related to mobile snatching and life threats were included.
