Summary American fact-tank Pew Research Center carried the survey.
(Roznama Dunya)- A recent survey by American fact-tank Pew Research Center stated that 64pc Indians share a ‘very unfavourable’ view of Pakistan, a nine percent up from previous year.
These figures were given out by Bruce Stokes, Global Director of the Economic Attitudes of the Pew Research Center, during a media interaction.
The survey further shows that only 36pc natives of South India have negative perception about Pakistan while the same augments to 68pc in East India, 69pc in North India and 77pc in West India.
The survey was carried out between February 21 and March 10 and sought the views of 2,464 people across the country, both in the urban and rural areas.
It is pertinent to mention here that India has been gripped and ruled by extremist outfits since Modi’s took power while voices of sanity are being shunned by force as several journalists and rights’ activists have been killed by Hindu militants including appalling assassination Gauri Lankesh, the staunch critic of Hindutva.
