Summary Maryam Aurangzeb recalled Saad Rafique's criticism against PPP
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Speaking to the media on the issue of Faizabad sit-in in Islamabad, PML-N’s Maryam Aurangzeb said that the federal government wishes to resolve Faizabad sit-in peacefully.
She further asserted that the Federal Government wishes to resolve the Faizabad issue peacefully because peace is the objective of the government as well as common man’s writ in the country.
Responding to a question related to Ishaq Dar’s alleged resignation, she confirmed that the news is not true and Ishaq Dar has not resigned in any sense.
Commenting on the economy, Maryam Aurangzeb said that the country has never witnessed a boom in the economy like the economic boom between 2013 and 2017.
She sarcastically congratulated Imran Khan over the Faizabad sit in staged by Tehreek-e-Labbaik, saying that Imran Khan is the reason we don’t lose sleep over sit-ins anymore.
