Punjab Special Olympic Games kick off in Lahore

(Dunya News) – Featuring wonderful performances by special children along with a vibrant march past, Punjab Special Olympic Games kicked off in Lahore’s Punjab Stadium.
The inauguration ceremony of the Punjab Special Olympic Games included a march past by over a thousand children to the tunes of the music band, leaving the audiences enthralled.

The traditional torch of the games was presented to the chief guest Jahangir Khanzada, Punjab’s Minister of Sports, who promised measures would be taken to ensure facilitation in every manner possible.

Famous model Mehreen Syed was also present among the audiences with whom children were seen capturing pictures.

Talking about the sporting events that will continue for three days featuring nine different sports, officials of Special Olympic Association say that the quality of the performances is not only topping the graphs within the country, but also internationally.
