Summary Sit-ins will be of no use, National Assembly Speaker Ayaz Sadiq told media while talking in Lahore
LAHORE: (Dunya News) – National Assembly Speaker Sardar Ayaz Sadiq has on Saturday told that some parties have expressed reservations over delimitations process and added that a session might be held on Wednesday if required, reported Dunya News.
Talking to media in Lahore, Ayaz Sadiq said that there was no space for a technocrat setup in the constitution. He added that some parties had reservations over the delimitation process. He added that some people didn’t want democracy to strengthen. “Sit-ins will be of no use though”, he said.
Ayaz Sadiq was at Jati Umra today and met former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif to discuss the overall political situation of the country, especially the internal matters within the ruling Pakistan Muslim League – Nawaz (PML-N).
