Summary Khan addressed a political rally in Kot Addu and criticised the leaders of PPP, PML-N
KOT ADDU (Dunya News) – Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf chief Imran Khan has said on Friday that a democratic setup entails supremacy of the law which is not the case in the present situation of the country.
Khan addressed a political rally in Kot Addu and criticised the leaders of Pakistan People’s Party and Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz.
He said that it should be regarded as Allah Almighty’s blessing that the nation is aware of what is going wrong with the country. He criticised the leadership of Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz by alleging that the family runs out of Pakistan to London if someone has a cough, let alone a serious condition.
Speaker of the National Assembly was asked to summon an explanation from Nawaz Sharif but he proved to be an inefficient elected member of the government.
Khan said that Khawaja Asif told then premier Nawaz Sharif that the people would forget all about Panama Leaks with the passage of time.
PTI chief said that the condition of police in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province ahead of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf s government there was deplorable whereas the policing institution is functioning remarkably today.
Khan claimed that extremist attacks lessened in the PTI-governed province by 70 percent during its tenure. He claimed to have turned Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Police into an apolitical department.
PTI chief asserted that Punjab chief minister Shehbaz Sharif got police s uniforms revised out of insecurity that KP Police posed to him.
