Didn't hold anyone responsible for attack, Ahmed Noorani speaks to ISPR DG
Ahmed Noorani thanked ISPR DG Maj Gen Asif Ghafoor for goodwill and well-wishing
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Speaking to ISPR DG Major General Asif Ghafoor on telephone, Ahmed Noorani said that he didn’t hold anyone responsible for the assault.
“Opportunists tried to make the most out of the incident but any such statements from such people should be ignored,” he added.
He also thanked the ISPR for gestures of goodwill and well-wishing.
Ahmed Noorani, a prominent journalist for a private media organziation, was brutally beaten by unknown attackers on Khayabane Suharwardy Road on Friday.
He is currently in the ICU of PIMS hospital.
