No progress in Karachi knife attacks case: DIG East
The officer further told that the last case was surfaced on October 16.
KARACHI (Dunya News) – Deputy Inspector General East Zone (DIG) Sultan Ali Khawaja on Wednesday said that there is no progress in Karachi knife attacks case.
DIG Sultan said it seems that arrested suspect Waseem is not involved in the crime as the culprit is a resident of Gulistan-e-Johar. He revealed that as many as 14 women have been attacked until now.
The suspect has now moved to Central Zone after spreading terror in Gulistan-e-Johar and Gulshan Iqbal, he added.
The officer further told that the last case was surfaced on October 16.
On the other hand, polioce have also arrested 16 suspects including two notorious Blue Whale gamers. Both suspects are also addicted to crystal meth and are also somewhat, mentally ill.
Preying on the weak minded and psychopaths, the game might have been asking to complete dangerous tasks including such knife attacks.
