LAHORE (Dunya News) – A local court in Lahore on Sunday sent two suspects involved in torturing special children in a bus on one-day judicial remand.
Police presented the suspects Akram and Usman in Model Town court. They are accused of torturing six-year-old Anees and 13-year-old Saif in a bus.
The suspects’ lawyer while rejecting the allegation requested the court to approve their bail.
However; the investigating officer asked the court to grant seven-day physical remand of the suspects.
On the other hand, the children parents while forgiving both accused have submitted affidavit in the court.
The court has remarked that the suspects are booked under non-bailable sections whereas the verdict on the settlement will be declared tomorrow by the relevant judicial magistrate.
