Rain likely in various parts of country: Met Office
Met Office has predicted rain in different cities across the country during next 24 hours.
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) - Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) has predicted rain in different parts of the country including Islamabad and Lahore during the next 24 hours, Dunya News reported on Sunday.
According to Met Office, weak seasonal low lies over Balochistan. Monsoon currents from Bay of Bengal are penetrating northeastern parts of the country. A westerly wave is likely to affect upper parts of the country during next few days.
Mainly hot and humid weather is expected in most part of the country during the nest 24 hours. However, rain-thunderstorm with gusty winds is expected at isolated places in Malakand, Hazara, Peshawar, Kohat, Rawalpindi, Gujranwala, Lahore divisions, Islamabad, FATA, lower Sindh, Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan.
