Summary PM will arrive at judicial academy on June 15.

ISLAMABAD (Dunya News)- Law enforcement agencies (LEAs) have beefed up efforts to ensure infallible security arrangements at judicial academy and its vicinity on June 15; the day Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif is going to appear before joint investigation team (JIT) probing Sharif’s offshore assets.

Sources privy to police told Dunya News that officials of LEAs reviewed the initial security plan and crafted recommendations in this regard whereas a final strategy for the same purpose would be devised tomorrow.

Sources further narrate that at least 2500 policemen would be deployed at judicial academy and adjoining areas while the area would be sealed a day before PM’s arrival to avoid any untoward situation.

Administration has also slapped ban on public gatherings and protest rallies near judicial academy on June 15 while Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz’s (PML-N) workers would not be allowed to enter judicial academy.

It is pertinent here to mention that Panamagate JIT has summoned PM Nawaz Sharif on June 15 in relation to the ongoing probe into Sharif’s offshore assets while his sons, Hussain Nawaz and Hassan Nawaz, have already made five and one appearances respectively.
