ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) - Prime Minister Mian Muhammad Nawaz Sharif has conveyed his heartfelt felicitations to the Iranian President Dr. Hassan Rouhani on his re-election for a second term.
In a special message of congratulations, the Prime Minister expressed that people of Iran chose President Rouhani to guide the country with his visionary and shrewd leadership.
He maintained that the relations between the two countries are rooted in shared bonds of history, culture, traditions and faith.
The Prime Minister expressed that they will work together with the Iranian President in future in order to strengthen cooperation between the neighbouring countries in various field.
Meanwhile, Pakistan Peoples Party Co-chairman Asif Ali Zardari has also congratulated the Iranian president on his re-election for a second term.
He expressed that the re-election reveals the confidence of Iranian people that they have in Rouhani.
