Summary Analysts expressed their views in the program Think Tank.

LAHORE (Dunya News) – Sohail Warraich, the group editor for Roznama Dunya, while talking about Panamagate said that nothing can be predicted regarding the decision of this case, but it is very unlikely that government will get the clean chit by Supreme Court (SC).

Sohail Warraich expressed his views in the time talking to host Ayesha Naz in program Think Tank.

Either government does not get the clean chit, or the decision comes totally against it, it will suffer the consequences till next general election, Sohail added.

Sohail Warraich said that one thing is for sure that the party, against whom decision will be announced, will be ruled out of Pakistan’s politics for next five years. If only some points go against the government, it may survive in the next elections by selling its positive things, he said.

Senior analyst Haroon-ur-Rasheed said government will surely suffer a blow in this case, and there are no chances of decision coming in its favor.

He further added that there is no need to conduct any public survey of this case, it might be interesting for politics but common people have nothing to do with this, there is no need to ask about it from them.

Haroon-ur-Rasheed said that majority of the people in survey think that Shehbaz Sharif should be the successor to the prime minister, which is not at all right. He cannot be the descendant of Nawaz Sharif as there are differences between both families.

He further said that Raza Rabbani is an angry child who has never served the country. It is just a show, he will resign and take it back, Haroon added. Haroon-ur-Rasheed further said that there is hooliganism in entire Sindh, but this person has never suffered anything.

Famous columnist and analyst Ayaz Amir said the curiosity regarding decision of Panama case has increased, and allegations of such kind against government of any country will be a cause of worry. He said that the delay in announcing the decision has now started raising questions.

Ayaz Amir further added that it is the first time in history that the case of Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) is in the hands of an independent bench which is not at all taking PML-N’s pressure.

Acclaimed analyst Salman Ghani said it is the first case in Pakistan’s history where both sides are worried about decision. This verdict will affect everybody, he added.

Public opinion was also taken on Twitter regarding the decision of Panama case in the program. 68 percent of the people who participated in the poll said the decision will be worrying for government, whereas, 32 percent said the decision will not create any problem for it.
