Summary Zardari says the current rulers dealt in 'commissions' only, says Bilawal to be next PM of Pakistan
LAHORE: (Dunya News) – Former President Asif Ali Zardari has on Thursday said that elections of Returning Officers (ROs) and former Chief Justice of Pakistan Iftikhar Chaudhry didn’t matter. He said that his son Bilawal Bhutto Zardari will be Pakistan’s next Prime Minister (PM), reported Dunya News.
Talking to a Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) ceremony in Lahore, Zardari said that the current rulers only dealt in ‘commissions’. Terming 2013 General Election as the ‘election of Iftikhar Chaudhry and ROs’, Zardari said that he accepted the election only for the sake of democracy.
Zardari said that the current rulers had no vision of their own and dealt in ‘commissions’ only.
Responding to the slogans on the occasion, Zardari said that Bilawal would be the next PM. He added that Pakistan’s integrity was the foremost principle. “We are here today because of Pakistan”, he said.
