An Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) bench, headed by Administrative Judge Justice Sajjad Ali Shah of the Sindh High Court (SHC), has ordered to release the 9 accused arrested in Sher Shah incident. Joint Investigation Team presented the 9 accused including Johar, Ejaz, Tahseen, Muhammad Tufail, Asghar, Iqbal, Muhammad Akbar, Abid Ali and Sarfaraz Ahmed before Administrative Judge Justice Sajjad Ali Shah. On this occassion, the petitioner of the case could not recognize any accused. On this, the judge ordered to release all 9 accused.
